CPFilms Inc. received its BS EN ISO 9001: 1994 Registration from British Standards Institution, Inc. in February of 1997. ISO 9001 is a series of international guidelines / standards used for the development of quality systems for worldwide acceptance. (Certificate Number FM 35957).

Our commitment to quality and customer service laid the foundation for acceptance. The ISO 9000 framework of international quality standards were used to enhance our existing dedication to produce the highest quality products and to provide excellent customer service.

The scope of CPFilms' registration is: "The production and development of enhanced flexible, polymeric and metal substrates. These enhancements include coatings to control electromagnetic radiation through dyeing and vacuum coating processes and control of adhesion, abrasion, vapor transmission and release. Applications for these products include solar control, reprographics, food packaging, decorative packaging, theatrical lighting, fluorescent lighting, electroluminescence and aerospace industries." CPFilms was the first company in the window film industry to receive ISO 9001 certification. This again puts CPFilms in a unique position to insure the highest level of quality and service to our customers.

ISO 9000 is the generic term used for defining a series of International Quality Standards sponsored by the International Organization for Standards (ISO). The ISO organization, which is represented by a federation of over 110 countries, created the ISO standards in an effort to standardize quality management systems for all manufacturing and service industries worldwide. It was formed largely from and is almost equivalent to the British Standard #EN-29000 and the American Standard #Q9000.

ISO 9000 is intended to establish, document, and maintain a Quality Management System through ensuring the output quality of a process. ISO 9000 registration is visible evidence of a company's commitment to quality that is valued, accepted, and understood throughout the world.
